We had a great time staying at cedar cove. We were in Grand view 210. It was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Cedar key is a quiet laid back working fishing village, which we love. but may not be for everyone. Nice to see the island working hard at hurricane recovery. We will be back soon. They communicated with us from booking through departure - the entire process was efficient and so easy from check in to check out. We had everything we needed because they are so thorough. We had an amazing time staying at “The Pirate Room”. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated. There were items there to make one night or a whole month comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

While regular visitors of Cedar Key for lunch, we had yet to stay overnight. A last minute call to McCormick and we couldn’t have been more happier with the result. We stayed at Seaside, Unit 3C on Old Mill Road and had an outstanding experience. The place was large, clean, stocked with some basic necessities, and we couldn’t believe the million dollar view. We spent the majority of our time on the back deck. So many dolphins everyday and beautiful sunrises! We highly recommend this condo and can’t wait to come back. We’ll be checking for Seaside’s availability for sure and look forward to working with McCormick again.

We stayed at Sanderling A101 in Natures Landing and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Relaxing on the spacious deck while enjoying the gorgeous view was exactly what we needed. The condo was clean and the size was larger than anticipated. We lacked for nothing. Plus, having an elevator and a luggage cart was much appreciated.

From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the immaculate cleanliness and smell. The unit was exceptionally well-stocked, with every appliance in perfect working order and up to date! The furniture was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the extensive selection of books across various genres. **But the absolute highlight? The breathtaking million-dollar view! As a homeowner who has a property on Cedar Key, I will say that the customer service, communication, process and professionalism provided is the best hospitality company anywhere on the island! My wife and I are used to so called “property management “,companies with our portfolio of real estate we own in different states. McCormick management is what a management company should be. Anyone on the island that is dissatisfied with their current property management company should reach out to this organization. Adam, Katie and the staff they employ do exactly what they say they will do. The rental has been consistently good and with NO surprises. That’s a bonus for sure! So, I am glad to give a 5 star rating, as this is a genuine and welcome customer driven service company !

I've been going to Cedar key for a few years now. Usually it's just a weekend away to relax, soak up the sun and unwind. My husband and I rented the Cedar haven condo. It was the best place we've stay at in Cedar key and we have stayed at multiple locations in the past. It was reasonable in price and it had a beautiful view And it was in walking distance of all our favorite places. we really enjoyed the loft bedroom and the private balcony. This property was just amazing.
