We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the company's customer service. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working on our final night, which was frustrating, especially during the warmer weather. However, the management team was genuinely apologetic, and handled the situation professionally. They refunded the entire cost of our final night's stay which we really appreciated. While it's never ideal to have an unexpected issue during a vacation, their professionalism, and commitment to making things right left us with a very positive impression. We would definitely consider booking with them again and recommend them to others.
