The owners and staff have been very helpful and responsive to all questions and concerns. Our calls & emails are answered right away. Guests comment on the positive communication. We are thankful that they are caring for our property and guests. The maintenance and housekeeping staff have been great. We are able to view calendar and make owner stay reservations easily and address any concerns. We stayed at Bikini Bottoms the week of Thanksgiving 2023. Initially it was my spouse and I but we were joined by her parents and brother. This was our 4th Thanksgiving spend on Cedar Key but our first time at this particular home. The home was awesome. It had three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are on the top floor and have walkout balconies. The rear of the house faces a bay with the open Gulf in the distance. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We could also see and hear the Mullet fish jumping out of the water along with an assortment of birds. The house is next to the Cedar Key airport. You'll be able to hear the small Cesna type planes take off and land, but mostly during the daylight hours. There are only a handful of houses on the road, so traffic is not an issue. The home is well appointed with kitchen items, towels and bedding. Plus all of the kitchen cabinets and drawers, along with the light switches are all labeled. All of the bedrooms have tv's. The home is also pet friendly. I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a quite, relaxing home in Ceder Key. Also, McCorkmick Management was very responsive with their communication with us. Hopefully this home will be available next Thanksgiving !!

This was our first time in Cedar Key and we fell in love with the town and this vacation home! It's just as described-clean, comfortable and in a perfect location too. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats from the balconies-such a peaceful few days. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The area is very quiet at night- just how we like it. Check in was easy and straightforward. Questions were quickly answered. We received helpful tips and ideas via email and text- which we greatly appreciated. They are a fantastic and responsive property management company! The home is well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The king bed was very firm and the queen bed a bit plusher- bed comfort is critical and we slept well. We definitely plan on coming back and highly recommend this perfect treasure!

Our first time in Cedar Key Easter Weekend was made even more wonderful with Sea Foam Cottage rental. The house was spotless when we walked in, and the decor was spectacular! I rented this particular property because of the privacy fenced backyard for my dog. I parked my car Thursday afternoon when we arrived, and did not get back in until Sunday morning when we left as the house is on a quiet street right in town! Everything was in walking distance. We rented a golf cart which my dog totally loved! We live 3 hours away from Cedar Key, and we definitely will be back!
