**Our stay at Cedar Key Unit 3C on old Mill Road was nothing short of incredible! As someone who has owned rentals across the U.S., I have high standards and am quick to notice the nuances of a property. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the immaculate cleanliness and smell. The unit was exceptionally well-stocked, with every appliance in perfect working order and up to date! The furniture was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the extensive selection of books across various genres. **But the absolute highlight? The breathtaking million-dollar view! It’s a rare gem and a rental with real cable TV without the hassle of using our own streaming services and then scrambling to delete our info before checkout. As a homeowner who has a property on Cedar Key, I will say that the customer service, communication, process and professionalism provided is the best hospitality company anywhere on the island! My wife and I are used to so called “property management “,companies with our portfolio of real estate we own in different states. McCormick management is what a management company should be. Anyone on the island that is dissatisfied with their current property management company should reach out to this organization. Adam, Katie and the staff they employ do exactly what they say they will do. The rental has been consistently good and with NO surprises. That’s a bonus for sure! I've been going to Cedar key for a few years now. Usually it's just a weekend away to relax, soak up the sun and unwind. My husband and I rented the Cedar haven condo. It was the best place we've stay at in Cedar key and we have stayed at multiple locations in the past. It was reasonable in price and it had a beautiful view And it was in walking distance of all our favorite places. we really enjoyed the loft bedroom and the private balcony. This property was just amazing.

We stayed at Bikini Bottoms the week of Thanksgiving 2023. Initially it was my spouse and I but we were joined by her parents and brother. This was our 4th Thanksgiving spend on Cedar Key but our first time at this particular home. The home was awesome. It had three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are on the top floor and have walkout balconies. The rear of the house faces a bay with the open Gulf in the distance. The sunrises and sunsets were spectacular. We could also see and hear the Mullet fish jumping out of the water along with an assortment of birds. The house is next to the Cedar Key airport. You'll be able to hear the small Cesna type planes take off and land, but mostly during the daylight hours. There are only a handful of houses on the road, so traffic is not an issue. The home is well appointed with kitchen items, towels and bedding. Plus all of the kitchen cabinets and drawers, along with the light switches are all labeled. All of the bedrooms have tv's. The home is also pet friendly. I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a quite, relaxing home in Ceder Key. Also, McCorkmick Management was very responsive with their communication with us. Hopefully this home will be available next Thanksgiving !!

This was our first time in Cedar Key and we fell in love with the town and this vacation home! It's just as described-clean, comfortable and in a perfect location too. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and boats from the balconies-such a peaceful few days. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The area is very quiet at night- just how we like it. Check in was easy and straightforward. Questions were quickly answered. We received helpful tips and ideas via email and text- which we greatly appreciated. They are a fantastic and responsive property management company! The home is well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The king bed was very firm and the queen bed a bit plusher- bed comfort is critical and we slept well. We definitely plan on coming back and highly recommend this perfect treasure!
